For this task I must show
clear instructions of the transitions during my editing process.

Another tool that I used was
select. This was very helpful during my editing process as if I need to move a
scene somewhere else I could just click on the select tool and I was able to
pick up a scene and put the scene where I desired it to go.
If you wanted too you could
change the color of specific scene. I found this very helpful during the
editing process as if I wanted to change the color of my editing I could just
click on a scene then the color and it had changed. I had used this effect for
my flashback. I found this good to use because the audience could see it was a
flashback due to the color change.
Because my short film was a
horror we thought it would be good to have some scary sound in the background
so we can scare our audience. On final cut pro there a variety of sounds you
can use and it was very hard to pick out a suitable one due to the many
sounds. However, I was able to pick out
this sound, which really worked well with my short film.
Even though my group and me
did not take away any sound I thought it would be useful to show how to do it
anyway. It’s pretty easy and all you have to do is click on the scene you wish
to take sound away from and go to detach audio and it’s done. You have no sound
and can do whatever you like.
